Policies

We seek to provide the best possible customer service to our customers. Please take the time to look over our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy if you have any questions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the product or our policies or if you simply have a suggestion on how we can improve our customer service experience and more. Return And Refund Policy 

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. Upon receipt of your items, please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY! If you believe you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, you must contact us within three days at classyandgrace47@gmail.com Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm est.

  • If an item is damaged, we request that you submit photo images of the damaged or defective product. 

  • Exceptions can NOT be made if you've had the item(s) in your possession for a longer period, if the items have been washed or if they have been worn. 

  • Returns are processed within 3-4 business days after received

  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached. Item CANNOT be returned smelling like smoke, mildew, perfume, or anything other than what it smelled like when leaving our store. Please be respectful of our business when you consider returning any item. 

  • Items sent back with obvious use, deodorant, make-up stains, pet hair, smoke, perfume or similar products will not be accepted. 

  • Gift Card, Flash Sale & Clearance Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Include your original receipt and circle the names of the items you wish to return. If you do not have the original receipt, please include a hand-written note with the name of the item and/or the SKU #, as well as your name and email address.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or in the form of online store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Once an order has shipped, Mor'Grace Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pickup at the holding facility.

  • If the carrier is unable to assist with finding the package, please contact us at classyandgrace47@gmail.com with the case number provided from the carrier and we can assist you further.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders usually ship within 3-5 business hours but can take up to 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

  • Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Free shipping $30

  • If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at classyandgrace47@gmail.com so that we can correct your address before your order has been shipped.
